If the chicken isn't right, we make it right.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before the kitchen starts cooking. Once cooking has started an order cannot be cancelled, because everything is made fresh to order.
Raising an issue
Report any issue within 2 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. Our team will review it and agree the best resolution with you.
